THE SITE & SURROUNDINGS
The complex is in walking distance from the subway station Tulskaya,
at the address: 57 Lyusinovskaya Street
Moscow, Russia
The area is partially surrounded by several residential areas
and administrative buildings and is clearly visible
towards the Moscow center.

On the side of Lusinovskaya street there are residential buildings
(18 and 27 meters high), on the side of Bolshaya Serpuhovskaya street —
administrative buildings (15 meters high meters).
The height of the buildings of the complex does not exceed 9 meters.
There are three crosswalks: two — from existing bus stops,
the third — to the central entrance.

There are three buildings, each of which is divided into two parts, contrasted with each other by atmosphere, facades and kinds of events. Thus, the complex is the perfect solution for everyone's mood.
PROGRAM: foreign languages practice
All the activities of the complex are aimed at the practice of English and other languages, overcoming the language barrier and expanding knowledge about the culture of the countries of the world.

The unity of opposites is one of the laws of dialectics,
explaining the source, the cause of self-movement
and self-development (mentioned in the writings
of the Greek philosopher Heraclitus,
formulated around 535-475 BC)
The development of being and its cognition, all forms
human activity are carried out by splitting the single

The term didn’t enter the lexicon as a “third place” until the phenomenon was thoroughly explored by sociologist Ray Oldenburg in his 1989 book, “The Great Good Place.”
The author calls the "first place" - where a person lives. The "second place" - working.
The "third place" is everything, where people can communicate freely and at ease at any time convenient for them. It is a public place and a "neutral" space for informal meetings.
